Win32/Zafi.B is a worm virus that spreads when you open the infected email attachment or open an infected file via P2P networks like limewire.The worm virus is activated when you open the infected file. Once activated the worm copies itself into your \windows\system directory under a random file name as an executable file (exe extention).
You may also receive fake warnings of virus infections on your computer through an application called Perfect Defender. Perfect Defender is a rogue (or fake) application which asks you to purchase a full version in order to clean your computer and rid all detected virus infection.
This worm virus spreads by scanning your computer for email addresses and sending those people an email with the infected attached file.
