or office computer and perform general support and maintenance tasks.
What do I need to receive Remote Repair support?
- All you need is a reasonably fast and steady internet connection (ADSL
or Cable is prefered).
- Microsoft Windows 98, 2000, XP Home, Professional and Windows Vista
- Simply download our tiny remote repair
connection software (about 300kb)
- Within a couple of clicks we can
operate your computer as if we were right in front of it at your place.
How do I access the Remote Repair service?
It's easy. Log into your member's section of Your PC Matters and click the 'Helpdesk for everyone' menu.
Our service team will receive your service request and contact you to solve your computer challenge.
