Case Update Notification When an opened case is details are updated then the related member is sent a email to notify that the case was updated. This email contains the case number, subject. May-08  
Case Resolved Notification When a case is resolved by the assigned yourpcmatters service agent then an email is sent to the management team to notify of the assigned service agent. May-08
