Our service guarantee to our clients and member is in place to ensure the highest quality of service and satisfaction. If, at any time, a client or member is not satisfied with the quality of our service or support, and we fail to correct the situation to reasonable satisfaction within 15 days from receipt of written notice, we will refund any service fees paid in relation to the work order.
